Summary: Incorrect parking GPS markers

Full Description:
Some carparks have the wrong area highlighted for mechanic transfers. It's difficult to show in detail because the areas are quite large on some of them but for the ones shown below the parking can't be done from within the spot shown on the GPS marker.

Noble staff parking:

If you go into the flashing circle with the car you are unable to park the vehicle, it doesn't match up with the hitbox for being able to park which is what I'm reporting.

The spot I am on at the map allows me to park, but the circle does not.
