What best describes this incident: (G2.4) Value of Life
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Scott got downed in a car chase we had with him, he got taken to dodgy which when he got up at dodgy he failed to comply, tried kicking me off my bike with a shotgun to his head, then he tackled the air so he hit his head to the ground so he got incapacitated meaning we had to pay another 50k to get him up at dodgy, After we got him up this time we took him to an underground place where he started to not value his life again. Seems like a troll that's doesn't care at all.

I will be responding to this report on behalf of Scott as he is unable to access the forums so i apologize in advance if there is any delays.


Good evening, I will admit I could have done better with valuing my life but we spoke about this in QE after them asking one of our gang members instead of me with I believe London his name is, we had a chat about the situation because it was poor from both sides after them RDMing me and one of their members calling me a r.tard but we agreed that was we going to leave it at that and just carry on as we are all here for some fun. But there is another report up against them from the same sit and I said to London I will try and speak to said person to just leave it as I feel every time there is a 'WAR' going on, it just turns into a report against report on the forums which is killing the player base on the server, so one of the conversations I had with London was I could report your guys for RDM and Toxicity but I'm choosing not too as I don't want more player getting banned to which he respected and said he will talk to his boys about the RDM and Toxicity, so I feel this is just being done about for pity as there is a report up against one of their members. I said to him that yes it was wrong of me and I will do better if it happens again but I wanted to get some enjoyment out of it for myself because I'm not finding it enjoyable in city at the moment and it's better than just putting my hands up, dropping all of my belongings and being left there instead I wanted to make it more fun for my side other than just basically being looted and dipped. In the first clip I said I didn't mean to incap myself as prior to that I got flung in the air after they needed to run me over to debug me but after I doing so if the guy in the first clip had a full 5min clip which is asked, you would maybe hear him calling me ' a fucking weirdo and a little r*tard ' which if needed I can provide a clip of the dodgy situation.

After that situation ended I said to the leader of Vagos if he takes me to pillbox I'll put my hands up etc as I didn't mean to incap myself. The situation in the bunker again I tried to make it enjoyable for myself by trying to wind up an ex Cutlass member to which resulted with him repeatedly punching me so after my dropping all what they asked for and with me out of zipties I seen my opportunity to get one punch on him to which I did and resulted him punching me back and incapping me which then led them to leave me there in the bunker to bleed out with no phone or radio.

Also I didn't gain anything out of not valuing my life as you see in the second clip I start to drop everything on my person except 3 armour and 1 bullet.

I was unaware of the QE that was made between you and London. Personally, I don’t believe a QE can resolve the amount of trolling you have engaged in throughout this entire situation, which is why I didn’t bother asking a QE personally.


Secondly, the "RDM" I won’t go too deep into that however I don’t think it was random at all, considering we had just had a shootout with PSK and you refused to stop even after being outnumbered.


You mentioned that the server is not fun anymore, yet you chose to troll others' time and enjoyment by acting foolishly while multiple guns were pointed at you (NVL). I feel like this behaviour is a bit toxic and selfish, as it ruins other people's immersion and roleplay. It seems that because you are no longer enjoying the server, you want to ensure that others don't enjoy it either.

And it was me that called you f*cking weirdo and a little r*tard (IC) If you felt uncomfortable OOC I would’ve stopped if I was informed in LOOC

Having watched the footage I'm not really sure why he decided to completely ignore all the demands given to him, but where we are. Clear demands were given by Vagos, while several of them surrounded you, aiming guns etc... all ignored and he decided to start trying to run around, steal a car I think and tackle people.

Bit of a shame really as this person has not long been unbanned, therefore will be placed back on a permanent ban.
