Please (in detail) describe the incident: in the attached clip I'm on turf notifying other gang members about the drone above safehouse and pop in to check out how things are .. meanwhile outside i see vehicles pulling up so i go out to find out what's going on only to be meet with poor rp in the form of being hands and zipped with very little rp just asking 'do i have drugs' this is shortly intervened by police and at which point i have been placed in zips and expected to be taken with them possibly as i had complied so far however at 03.16 the driver then pulls out his weapon and shoots me for no reason. personally i would say the clip speaks for its self.

I would be lying if i said i wasn't surprised by this report,

You said in OOC that it was poor rp and i replied i was happy to go to QE with you to which i was met with no response, so i now don't have a clip of this as i didn't expect it to be needed, with that being said there's alot going on in this clip you have posted tbh its very quiet, but that might just be me my hearing isn't the best.

I cant understand, but from my point of view you are infront of the car when police are around the situation and you were "chatting shit" when there was 10 of us all pointing guns at you prior to this? and you were in zipties?

We had planned further roleplay for you all, like a couple of your members got about 30 minutes after when we came around the block again and there was 0 complaints from them.

I have been here for a long time now and i can't understand why you'd take the approach in rp that you did? To stand infront of my car saying whatever it was that you said (i can't fully remember what it was)

I just want to pull a point up from your clip as well there is a man that was behind you in the clip that has 2 guns pointed at him and was told to put his hands up and i can see now that he did this to send a gps, also on this note i can see you trying to exploit by using your radio as you are being ziptied to call for help? i don't understand this and seems very win mentality?

I feel that this could have been very easily been concluded in QE but instead we have went straight to the forums?

I've said my side of the story and there aint much more to it from my end, so i hope it clears up why you had been shot.

Regardless if I was "chatting shit" I still believe it was pretty poor to just shoot me as I have been Ziptied so the only thing I can do is verbally attack, and even if I was not shot the driver was going to run me over as he says "ah run him over".

I'd borderline argue that you saying that is a break of "common sense" and "NVL" rules, you might not like what happened and all but at the end of the day if 8 people have came onto your "turf" and robbed you at gun point, the last thing i would be doing is running my mouth to them? Everything has a proportionate response and because the police turned up that was the response you got.

I would also just like to clarify, i was the driver and it was not me that said "ah just run him over" i took it upon myself to shoot you as like i said you got lippy and was "chatting shit" therfor i decided it was an appropriate response, im sure you were taken to pillbox and survived the situation so i'd imagine it has heightened Groves awareness not to be targetted so easily, and from what i gather you were the only one shot and we also heard out there that yous apparently know it was "ex vagos" in character, there is plenty of get back that you can get with further RP as you are aware who shot ya.

There has been plenty over the years of people getting shot for getting lippy to armed robbers or gangs etc, i don't understand how you getting loud and me shooting you is poor RP from my end.

thanks for giving me the opportunity to explain my side, so after reviewing the clip in question i can see how this looks for sure however at the time i had actually pulled the phone up 2 of 3 lads who had been initially aimed on to me while my hands where in the air then moved there focus to the safe house door as you can see in the clip as they forget to zip me at this point and there attention was drawn else where so i seen the opportunity and did so ,sent on the GPS to the groupie and then was told by him as i sent to 'put the phone away or ill blow your head off' something along these lines to which i then immediately did as was asked hence why i wasn't shot then and there
looking back i can see this wasn't the best choice i could have made at the time but as they were distracted bar 1 in my eyes its the one i went with.

however also at the time there was no mention of myself of this issue being brought to light in ooc as i never got involved in the whole QE involvement afterwards as i had no issues with the scene nor had i been asked to qe , but yet with a fellow gang member has then put this report up not yourself so i feel like if this was an issue then why wasn't your own report done against it at the time feels a little nit picky now tbh
but as the scene was carried on as mentioned at a later stage with no complaints.
ill leave it down to staffs decision now as there is not much more i can add.

it not nit picky at all lad, youve decided to pull your phone out with a gun pointed at you youve just said 1 was still pointing a gun at you ? odd choice.

the reason i bring it up is because i can see it in the clip, at the time this all went down i was dealing with ross, not you so i didnt see this, it has nothing to do with the fact i was reported? i just wanted to know what was going on as i said comes across an odd thing to do imo.

Thank you for taking the time to raise this report!

After reviewing the footage you linked, it is clear some form of conflict was occurring that night between Grove & Vargos. During that night, Vagos rolled up on Grove turf, 'hands' you, put you in zip ties, and subsequently resulted in you being shot by @KearnW .

@KearnW Throughout this interaction, little roleplay was provided - definitely not seen as "high-quality" or "lippy" enough to justify shooting him there: which it seems here like Billy's direct experience was not taken into account. Not just by you, but by other members of Vagos as well - which doesn't look the best.

Whilst this wasn't the wisest thing do to: why not reverse? Manoeuvre around him? It seems there was options, you just opted to shoot straight away whilst Billy was notably already in zip ties.

@Peter C - thank you for providing your rationale behind this. From what it seems, you had multiple guns pointed towards you - which you responded by subsequently pulling out your phone and putting a message of your location in a Groupie. Whilst this wasn't the reason for this report, due to lack of sufficient evidence from that point of view, nothing will be actioned here. However, based on that footage, I would agree it wasn't the best choice, and is questionable to whether you valued your characters life.
