  1. Fail Rp on many officers

Dear @Forbes9143, Due to the nature of the claims and the arguments both for and against the alleged misconduct, we are requesting additional footage of the incident. The body cam footage only shows the scrapping of the vehicle, not the motive behind the scrap. Although the conversation between yourself and the officers involved has drawn rough picture of events, there are still elements we cannot confirm, such as if any physical evidence was found, or if the owner of the truck matched the owner of the V-44X Blackfish. @Joe Malley @Tigerr @Abdool If any of you have further body cam footage showing the true nature of events regarding the owner of the vehicle, a visual of the alleged trafficking between vehicles, the conversation with the 'drug dealer' or anything to contribute to the case, put it forward. There will be a further 24 hour period to allow for all parties involved to submit any evidence to make the events that took place clear. //Finally, going to remind all of you that PCCs are to be done within roleplay. Respect the procedure put in place or do not comment. Kind regards, Assistant Chief Constable Joe

Dear @Forbes9143 The Police Complaints Commission have received your complaint against PPC Tigerr; Sergeant Abdool, collar number AC711; PPC Joe Malley; and we will aim to deal with this complaint within the next 48 hours. Thank-you for your patience. Kind regards, Assistant Chief Constable Joe
  3. Dear @Ziffy, The Police Complaints Commission have processed your complaint against Sergeant Abdool, collar number AC711; Police Constable Weasley Wells, collar number KV404; and have come to the following conclusion. After assessing the body cam footage provided, the only thing that comes to mind as unorthodox is the fact that Sergeant Abdool, collar number AC711 forgot his medical equipment. Considering the severity of the incident, the officers prioritizing the clearing and securing of the scene before assisting the perpetrator of the incident is the logical decision, especially so when considering that the vehicle could serve as a means of escape, furthermore, the mere moments it took before they moved on to assisting you in no way caused you any further harm. There will be no action taken upon any of the officers involved with the situation as they were acting within the bounds of the law, however, Sergeant Abdool, collar number AC711 will be reminded of the importance to carry all standard policing equipment in the future. We hope this incident and the subsequent recovery and rehabilitation for committing such acts serve as an incentive to head down the straight and narrow path. Kind Regards, Assistant Chief Constable Joe PCC Closed

  7. PC Monk M9

Dear @Forbes9143, The Police Complaints Commission have received your complaint against Police Constable Monk, collar number RT364; and have come to the following conclusion. Our first concern is your disregard of the PPC procedures, however, your concern and cause of the complaint itself is legitimate. After reviewing the provided footage, the first issue is that of faulty audio equipment of the body cam, restricting our perspective to that of the officer responding to unspecified inquiries. Furthermore, regarding the substance of the footage, we can discern that you were given more than a reasonable amount of time to explain your actions to the officer in question, however, as previously stated we cannot determine what you specifically said to the officer. As for what we can assume, it seems like you provided a falsified name which didn’t correlate with Police National Database (PNC), which leaves only two options: a technical error or a false name. After assuming the later, the officers in NPAS proceeded to check your driving license, or at least a license in your possession, after which SI Angelfall, collar number KV420 proceeded to ask you “well why do you have Mohammed Ali Hamadei’s license with you?”. You were given a chance to explain why you are in possession of a license at the time you claimed not to be yours/false, but, we cannot determine your response due to the previously mentioned fault with the body cam footage. You could not provide sufficient evidence as to why you were in possession of said license, however, at no time did the officer have concrete evidence of your true identity, only reasonable suspicion. This is shown when PC Monk, collar number RT364 did not charge you under the outstanding charges/warrants against Mohammed Ali Hamadei, but only the crimes you committed during the incident. There will be no action taken upon any of the officers involved with the situation as the body cam footage provided was not to a sufficient standard to assess the officer in question, furthermore, from what we could assess there was no breach in police procedures. // PCCs need to be made within roleplay, as per the police complaint commission procedures, additionally, I sought a staff perspective regarding what took place. The roleplay was sufficient and your name was not outright used, simply assumed and used within roleplay. If you believe there is still an issue regarding a rule breach, you can take it to a report - the police complaints commission has no jurisdiction outside of the police force. Kind Regards, Assistant Chief Constable Joe PCC Closed

  9. CI Alex Jackson

Dear @mrsnaps, The Police Complaints Commission have received against Chief Inspector Alex Jackson, collar number AG207 and have come to the following conclusion. Regardless of whether or not you were involved with an alleged incursion the previous day, you were still in breach of several laws which have been stated in the complaint by the officers involved, however, for the purpose of clearly stating the breaches that contributed towards the outcome of scrapping the vehicle, you can find the charges below: Furthermore, the situation could of been resolved much sooner without the involvement of @Lincoln who as a holder of the keys of the vehicle, only furthered the charges and sealed the fate of the V-44X Blackfish, which probably would have remained in your possession due to the fact that CI Geoff, collar number PY999 was attempting to handle the situation through a ticket, even stating “the only person I want flying the blackfish is the owner” during the provided bodycam footage until it got to the point where that was no longer an option due to additional charges of further misuse of flares and perverting the course of justice. As for Chief Inspector Alex Jackson, collar number AG207, he acted completely within the bounds of the law to conclude on a scrap following the events that took place. There will be no action taken upon any of the officers involved with the situation as they were acting within the bounds of the law. The situation itself may have turned out differently if your associates complied and allowed the officers to handle the situation without any need for further intervention by CI Alex Jackson. Kind Regards, Assistant Chief Constable Joe PCC Closed

  11. New Ranks - Adopting a change.

Although I didn't propose the initial idea for the changes, I did handle the design, development and production of the new training alongside Academy command. As far as I'm aware, the main objective of the new rank structure was to train people to the standard of the old rank SPC, at the new rank of PC. The gear is the same as that of what SPC used to be I believe, as well as scrapping being authorized by a SGT, etc. The only change is that people stay in Academy longer to be both trained and tested to ensure they're at a high standard. Out of all the probationary PCs conducting the training, I've tried to hop in on at least half of them and done around 10 myself. I've only received 1 complaint out of 99 module completions. Most of which praised the new training and what it taught them, furthermore, even ranks up to CI have took the training out of curiosity and genuinely learned some new stuff., such as what @John Woll mentioned with @INS Geoff. Right now, it seems to be working pretty well from my point of view, also, just as John also said. Think of it as getting SPC after being a PC for two weeks on the old structure if you put in the effort.
