I think i would be a good idea. i know a lot of people that like JSRS sound mod (myself included) and custom CIV and Police cars would be amazing with the advanced lighting system. but i can only speak formyself

Do you have a Video or Screen shot showing the officers that are camping the Processing?

i like the Coastguard thing but we kinda already have it which is the MPU in the police force.

I don't know about a Garage but maybe a place to rent a car would be a good idea.
