do I upgrade CPU or GPU
so I wanna upgrade either my CPU of GPU, currently my CPU is an i5 4460, and my GPU is a 750ti. I am thinking of upgrading to a i7 4790k or a nvidia 970. which should I go 4- JSt4r

not currently on my PC so will have to wait until tomorrow to try the temporary location thing, but the problem occurred when I changed to Windows 10, when I was on Windows 8.1 it was fine.- JSt4r
