In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for RDM as I was trying to hold Oblivion up who seconds before just tried to rob my friend Joe. I knew he was armed and dangerous so i took quick action. I fired a few warning shots before asking him to put his hands up. The reason why i was so trigger happy is that he was armed, and actions came before thinking. I understand that my actions are in the wrong and he did ask me to come to team speak to sort it out. For that I do apologize for my actions and I also apologize for wasting your time.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe that you should unban me as i thoroughly enjoy this server ie as my mates play it and I believe that i can be a great player. Again i am very sorry and hope we come to a reasonable understanding.
