wasn't that huge gun transport thing the other day (That failed) meant to be the movement of the border to that section of the map?

 
This is not validated fact's please do not listen to any information that does not come from a verified high command of the UNMC. We have no knowledge of these ongoning buildings and will be investigating them with the intent of finding out there content. -Cpt Madmatt
