well after the brutal kidnap and execution of a fellow unmc member by the terrorist group known as the Altis Cartel the unmc has started going about rounding these criminals up and disposing of them in the only manner they will understand.

i was actually sat  in the strider filming as its the only way you can get close enough to that execution without being killed yourself
