Nobody said you needed to pay 21 mill, you can start at the 8 mill if you want. If you think that's also too high, make a lower offer and I will consider it

I agree, the barn is worth a good whack of money, you can make 700k every 30 minutes from the spud runs and more if your doing the naughty stuff, you would soon make back your outlay on this fine property and some in no time at all..

This is in a great location for coke, it is literally next to the processor. Whoever buys this is gonna get very far in the coke industry...
