Ok, so the server restarts i'm a hobo. Off i go to AW (advanced Weapons) to gear up. Once i brought my gear i thought why not cap the point to get some money back. I was stopped by none other then a Random 183 Member (i think) i'm quick to jump the gun and ask if it's kane which in reply was a no. so i try the guessing game. I was threatened to be knocked out so i stopped then i said i will just knock you out instead and knock him out as he turns away from me. After instantly taking his GPS and Radio i chuck him into the heli and start to lock pick it. After several fails we start talking and then remember each other and have some good RP. Lots of rebels show up. confused i don't know if it's his friends or just random people. Turns out it was his friends and random people. I was approached by kane, we spoke briefly and he ran away. i was then approached by someone (hobo) with a pistol and nothing else. there were plenty of other rebels and not knowing anything i listen to the poor hobos demands of Hands up your surrounded or you will be shot. I stop lock picking the heli and try to role play my way out of the situation. A few shots were fired then i was shot dead. (Footage can be showed if asked by an admin). I attempting speak to them of the situation after being called a kid in side chat and then a kid in Team speak after they heard my voice. After clear obligation and the situation going no where. i Resulted in speaking with staff and filing a report.
(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.
(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.
(1.2) Discrimination of any kind is punished by a permanent ban without appeal.
