Keyboard Issue

I have this issue with my keyboard. Whenever I try to use specific keys I get different letters or characters than I used to in the past for example when I try to use apostrophe I get # and hyphen gets me /. Would love some help for this as I use apostrophe quite often, you will see that none was used in this thread. The issue seems to come and go, so it might be a key I am pressing unknowingly.

@Danish Have you changed the language because I know with english if you do Alt + Sift at the same time it changes between English UK and English US. That could be the reason.
