After a brainstorm with the help of @sciencefreak74, @CI Daanv and @S E T H lead me to this build.

What am I looking for?
I am looking for a good machine to run Arma III at 30+ FPS on RPUK aswell as be able to handle modern titles on very high / ultra settings.
Also looking for monitor suggestions considering I have a 60Hz monitor.



These are the parts that I'll order, any suggestions or last call removals / changes before I purchase this?

Ye,get rid of 980 and buy normal 1080.  And 32GB RAM. I have this and Kavala is 1fps at 1st drivethrough,then around 20-35. Also,ultra or lowest settings doesnt matter,FPS doesnt changed. Also,the PC is from Dec 2016.
