Tabbing out get disconnected

So when I tab out of arma 3 after a few seconds I get red chain does anybody know why?

Would hugely recommend setting "NoPause" in the Launcher parameters, will stop the game freezing when you tab out

 
Do you run the game in full screen windowed mode? Most people have problems tabbing out when they use full screen mode.
