Me and my patrol show up to a Athira bank robbery, we walk inside and see a single man inside with his face and hands in the floor. I approach the man and ask "Hello Sir? What are you doing in the bank?" He told me he was mining toothpicks from the floor. I asked him if he would politely follow me outside so we can discuss this further. He then told me to "Go away, Im playing minecraft in real life". I then told him if he didn't come outside with me I'll be forced to taze him and remove him myself. He then told me "I've got multiply friends in the area, you are not going to do anything to me, you mad LAD" whilst saying "mad lad" he stood up and raised his pistol pointing towards me. So I tasered him to prevent injury to myself.

I escorted him upstairs after taking his radio and GPS and gagged him to prevent him giving out my location to his "multiply" friends. No shots were fired so I thought he was bluffing. I took him to the car put him in and got killed. After this I will admit I lost my temper and ended up with a heated OOC chat with me calling him a "baiter" and a "fisherman". I apologise for this im only human and this was possible the lowest level of RP I have seen, except from randomly shooting from newer players, so I got very angry. I am here to roleplay. This isn't fun for me or my patrol. It's boring. As I stated to him in the OOC exchange.

Why would anyone ever mine "toothpicks" in a bank?

Just for clarification and my own breaking down of this situation;
You and your colleagues attend a bank robbery. You decide that the perpetrators story is complete bullshit. Which y'know, given the circumstance, who could blame you. The perp points a gun at you, tells you he has multiple friends and shows signs of what I can only describe as a bit of eccentricity or instability in his roleplay. You tase this man, take him upstairs. The man indicates to you that you are going to get lit up to shit. Then from the tone of the conversation over the radio and from your stance/positioning and point of view for all intents of purpose I would consider you acting as you would in a firefight. You decide to take a risk and get the man you've arrested into an undefended/unarmored vehicle. Subsequently and perhaps unsurprisingly to the viewer you are shot. 

So, on this basis you are reporting CiskaLV for low quality RP?

I'm not mad about the firefight, I knew I was going to get shot but I was going to get shot if I stayed in the building anyway. So I ran him to the car in hopes it was a bluff. It wasn't obviously. I just thought the roleplay was a bit poor and very "baity" you could say. It wasn't interesting or fun for either side but in my opinion was simply done to get a retaliation.

That being said; 

@CiskaLV

I suggest in the future you attempt to create a more interesting and believable roleplay situation for these kinds of situations, in order that we do not end up back here. Although I appreciate that your story could have lead to some humor CI Arrow was clearly in no mood and acted swiftly and decisively. I would ask that you consider your words carefully and ensure that you are achieving the maximum amount of roleplay out of any given situation, even though I will admit here that you were restricted in some ways.

If you would like more roleplay out of a situation, I would recommend considering your actions. I appreciate that you may feel like you are in a "high-stress" roleplay situation here however at 0:09 you exit the vehicle. Less than 30 seconds later (0:38), you have pulled your taser. Within 30 seconds of pulling your taser you have tased Ciska.
In many places around the world they teach their police force that the act of pulling a weapon even within defense is a negative outcome for the situation. If you desire more roleplay from a situation it is within your grasp, especially in this situation if you had not been the one escalating the situation.
