Make a Hunter??

I heard you can make a hunter but is it true? if so how?

Yes’m you can,

First step- make blasting charge

second step- place on hm tresasury 

third step- lock pick responding Hunter while dodging hail of bullets 

forth step- drive scrap yard and steal that boi 

No you can not make a hunter, 

The only way to obtain a hunter for your personal garage outside of being a member of the Police force, is to 'acquire' one, drive it to the scrapyard, and use the 'steal' function that requires a few skills from the y menu  

As Styx has said only way to obtain one is from police or someone that already owned one tbf give me a offer I can’t refuse and I’ll sell mine
