New PC for 2019

Hello all I have not updated my PC sadly since 2015. So I will most likely be getting this new one on finance so am looking at a budget of around 3k ish below are some specs tell me what you guys think as would like to have some advice if there are any better versions of what I have put down below or just some general advice etc and ty in advanced for any and all replies.

Case - Corsair Obsidian Series 750D
CPU - i9-9900X
Motherboard - Asus ROG Strix X299-E Gaming
Memory - 16Gb Vengence DDR4 3600MHz
Graphics - RTX 2080Ti
Hard Drive - 2TB Seagatge Barracuda Pro
SSD Drive - 1TB Samsung 970 Evo
Power Supply - Corsair 750
Processor Cooling - Corsair H100x Hydro Cooler

Also I am looking to buy a system pre-made not make it myself and dont really care for RGB or anything like that as it will be put under my desk so not really any point in having RGB

Why go for x299? Are you doing heavy cad work or something?

Because the website i am using or planning to use only has x299's being the prime, strix and gigabyte versions

True even a 1060 6gb will do
