Looking for an upgrade

so Im looking to upgrade my CPU from Intel core i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20ghz (an 1150 socket i think)to something better.something that will help me to run games at better frames as i use my PC for gaming. Im looking at spending up to about £500(maybe abit more) for a new one and want to ask you guys on your opinions on what to upgrade to ,aslo im looking at upgrading the cooler for the cpu got about £150 for that 

Can you give full specs? Would be easier.

Full specs of pc

Tbh if you're looking to upgrade it's probably worth doing a complete update so, RAM, mobo and CPU as your current mobo/ram should be DDR3 according to the CPU specs page and if you upgrade properly will be much better value for money. - recently I got an i5-9600k, new mobo and RAM for around £450, which for me works extremely well, however I would need to do more research to see if there's better options (which it's entirely possible there is).

@Stubley What are the full specs of the PC mate? Including video/GFX card, memory(Ram), and storage(SSDs,Harddrives)?

What sort of usage is it going to get? Are you purely looking for something that will game at decent frames/spec? Or is there alternative uses such as video editing, compiling, etc...

Last question, do you have time to save some more money in order to do a complete or majority overhaul of the system? Or is this strictly a CPU upgrade job.
