I was responding to a emergency in Kavala, when black SUV crossed my path and I could not avoid the crash. 2 gentlemen got out of car and executed me without any RP, thus 2.12 and 7.1.3.

When I attempted to resolve, player claimed that he did nothing wrong and even stated that he saved me.
