In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I went to rob people at the Diamond Factory, I saw two people used a bad Initiation like in 7.1.3 and then got killed by one of them and while I was bleeding out my pc crashed. I should have contacted someone as soon as possible but I didnt.

Why should we unban you ?
I have been playing on this server for almost 3 years and in this time I had a great experience, I met some good friends and this server has really great performance compared to others. I think that mistakes do happen in such a long time and i clearly was warned for it but they do happen. I want to be unbanned because all of my friends play on this server and its always just a great time to be on this Server and i dont want to lose this. I am sorry it was a mistake I hope you can forgive me.

With 2 previous warnings for RDM and here you are again providing low quality roleplay before shooting. How many warnings do you need before you realise that this is a roleplay server and that you need to provide high quality roleplay before shooting? 

Could you kindly quote the rule(s) you've broken and explain why they exist?

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

Because this is a high quality roleplay server every kill or robbery must be high quality roleplay. This rule prevents having a bad experience while roleplaying. This is a rule that increases the quality of roleplay.

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

This rule prevents players from leaving a roleplay situation or a firefight before they are disbanded. It enhances the quality of roleplay and it increases the amount of roleplay that can be delivered.

If you were able to go back into the past to this situation what would you do different from what you did now? 

I would first tell them to stay where they are and to put their hands up. I would tell them to lower their gun and If they dont compley I gonna use my weapon. I later died where then my pc crashed and as soon as posible I would go back to the server and message the person (or staff if the guy left the server)  so they understand why I left early from the situation and clear the situation.

Why did it take you 2 warnings and a ban to understand that you need to provide high quality RP in all cases?

I made mistakes but I recently started playing (removed) after I got banned on arma and I dont see the point in grinding anymore and thats why I want to provide good roleplay instead of always looking out for how I can get a jet or some other stuff

Its that I coulndt play with my friends and I really dont ever wanna be banned again and I think I realized that missing out on playing with them sucks and I dont want to leave that behind me

I am sure two warnings should have been enough but I always try to resolve situations and this time I didnt. I hope you can forgive me
