chased bob Johnson in a hatchback sport. he drove to the boats in kavala i assumed he would take a boat out and drive off, instead he beat us to the ladder and proceed to initiate by saying "stay on the ladder" he then proceeded to shoot me and PC Anders.
apologies for my voice being missing from the video, i use shadow play and don't have it setup correctly
** disclaimer I did message bob to come to TS and he said he was there although i couldn't find him on TS, I assume he went to the PD although I was not able to chase it up as I got dragged into a situation**

Hello, this is Anders [5774]. I sadly don't have any fotage of this incident. However, I where the one that spotted Bob Johnson getting the rifle out and aim at us at the ladder. As i recall from this incident is that me and Mike Polo did not iniciate or threaten him in any meaningfull manners. Yes, I said towards him while we where swimming that he was under arrest for insurance fraud. But that was in my eyes not an general iniciation. He also started general conversation of not having incurance. I recall Mike Polo saying that we will check after we get to shores. After the suspect went over the top of the ladder, the suspect did what is shown in the fotage
