Please (in detail) describe the incident

We were dealing with some people at weed pro and as I was impounding the suspect's vehicle i started taken shots and was killed. We had initiated on one person and tazed him and handcuffed him but we had not done so for both of them and had not been initiated that they had friends in the area.

@benyboyouk For us to deal with this we will need a recording of 3 minutes LEADING UP to the event to rule out that there had already been RP/interactions between you and the shooter. The video provided only shows 2 minutes prior.

Ahh ok I understand sadly i did not manage to record that. 

Ok - then I will decline the report. It’s very important that you provide us with enough context to actually make a fair judgement based your evidence. In this case it’s more than likely that you potentially could have had interactions with these guys prior to what we see in the recording.
