We were responding to a dispatch over at Rebel outpost, while we were on the way to the rebel outpost in our offroad random shots came towards us resulting into the RDM'R killing me.

On another occasion during the same patrol we came across the same player where he again shot without a proper initiation. In this example, we were following him, trying to get him to pull over. We eventually stop and tell him to get out of the vehicle, he jumps out and immediately starts shooting at one of the other Poseidon members. 

Unfortunately my microphone did not capture but my words were along the lines of "stop the vehicle or your tires will be shot". Somebody else from the patrol may have a recording of this.
