Please (in detail) describe the incident

An ARAC (in uniform) failed to engage in any RP, watched a full scene play out while I was away from my vehicle, then committed intentional illegal activities by stealing my ARAC tow and offroad (loaded). Though I had a brief opportunity to confront him he offered no reply. This person either doesn't know the rules or doesn't care.

*Upon returning to the land I discovered that he did in fact SCRAP both vehicles.  Thanks for not littering, Michael! Appreciate it!
