Please provide full detail and evidence: I was doing a Poseidon Weed Run whilst getting more from the huron to process, a police officer parachutes and then that parachute Killed me, there for not giving me the chance to Roleplay and or Fly off, With this
I was revived and whilst getting into the heli It was scraped,

Personally i Dont feel that this should be a ban, rather than bit of education for the officers ivolved, So If they knew or did not know about the parachute being classed as an entity after they have landed, just so they know for the future and dont take advantage of it.

@Brandon Pigeon Why are you scrapping a huron after police killing him with a parachute ? And do you know who it is that landing too close to people that that the parachute killing them ?

@DELETER I did land a decent distance away from Mark, When I did land, unfortunately, the parachute landed and collapsed onto him and unfortunately killing him. Now as for the reason I scrapped the Huron is because as you can see in the footage he was processing weed regardless of the situation the way Mark went about it constantly going out of character in direct chat I followed my Police Procedures and scrapped the Huron. 

 
I do not know that a parachute could even kill someone therefore when I land you can see me start engaging in roleplay and then stop because I was so surprised that it killed him... I Don't believe that I should be punished for a glitch in were when a parachute falls on someone it kills them. I wasn't even on the parachute when It killed him and when this situation was attempted to be resolved out of the game in Liason me Mark and Tadeusz had a length discussion about the parachute and even they didn't know it could kill someone... Now it may have been slimy to scrap the Huron but again I am continuing my roleplay by doing so

Now you've scrapped the guys Huron after VDM'ing him. Sure it was an accidents and accidents do happen, there are different scenarios where the VDM rule would apply let's say 1. When a vehicle is used as a weapon on purpose or 2. When you capitalize on the fact that a vehicle has been used as a weapon on accident. Now this situation would clearly be put under 2. You chose to scrap the persons Huron after you clearly noticed you've killed him with your parachute rather then get the person help and continue the situation or just leave the situation alone.

Now you seem to misunderstand the problem here, accidentally killing someone isn't what you'd be punished for. It's the fact that you continued to scrap the persons Huron after YOU killed him using your parachute. Accident or not you still decided to use it to get an advantage. Looking at the situation the rotors were spooled up on the Huron and whilst it's impossible to tell I'd say that Mark would've had a decent chance at escaping / roleplaying his way out of but we will never know as he was killed. Now you're also saying that you shouldn't be punished for a glitch but why did you punish mark for the same glitch?

Now you say your continuing the roleplay but it's still the fact that Mark has been killed by a parachute. Clearly killed by your "vehicle" in a glitch, at this point you may want to consider to pause to roleplay to get the person some help or continue the roleplay without gaining an advantage from having killed him. 

To make it clear, it's not okay to scrap someones vehicle after so clearly killing them with a "vehicle" just because it's a glitch out of your control. This is no different from someone accidentally crashing into someones car then kidnapping the drivers when they are downed.

@Brandon Pigeon - Warning issued for 2.1 In the future if you accidentally kill / glitch someone someone do not use that fact that they have been killed / glitched to get an advantage in character.
If a similar situation is to happen in the future I'd recommend you either 1. Get the person revived and restart the scenario or 2. Just leave it alone you win some you lose some.
