I heard a shooting by the curch in Kavala so I went over there but the shooting seemed to have stopped. I saw 3 officers laying on the ground with 'Gamer' standing next to them without saying anything. I was talking to 1 of the other officers who hadn't been shot and when I turn around Gamer shot me 3 times with his pistol without saying anything, wich is not an initiation and plain RDM. The policeman with whom I was talking then neutralised him and took him somewhere else. When an NHS member pulled up he dragged me to 'Gamer' to sort things out. When he layed me next to him we start getting in an argument.
The medic was going to start reviving me when 'Nicholas' pulled out his pistol and executed me without any initiation what's however. That's not only RDM but he executed a person in circumstances he had no role in. I have video evidence of all of this.

When reviewing this report i have taken the next report a player with this one in order to come to the next verdict.

After reviewing all of the evidence provided on both reports i have come with the next conclussions and punishments.

Gamer will be recieving a ban under sections 2.2 - 7.1.3 & 6.1.3 of the rules book this ban will be placed due to the RDM that was visible in the video provided by @strepnopesk1 and the clear lack of proper roleplay that is visible in the video provided by @CST Gooba that is posted on his report against Gamer and Nicola.

Nicholas will recieve a warning for the execution without providing proper roleplay before shooting his victem, This decision was purely based on the fact that untill now Nicholas had never had any run in with a member of staff and has never recieved any warning prior to this one. however due to the lack of a forum account Nicholas will recieve a temporary ban untill he has come to teamspeak to verbally recieve his warning form a member of staff.
