Was following him in a hummingbird above him. He pulls over and we land on him. When we are landend he calls out that "if you pull a gun at me im gonna gun you down". Before he even stops speaking he starts spraying me down. I had my gun out before he barely started speaking and she did all my boys that was there. You can see when I pull out my gun top right and the ammo comes up. I pressed to pull it as soon as I got out before he even started talking. Nothing was said prior to this. Very poor and as a long standing member and member of a whitelisted faction he should know a lot better.

reporting me just to get me banned same as always even if someone realised what has happened and apologised as said we were allied  in game and I initiated on your guy and killed him. Seconds later I see your hummingbird hovering over my head with a blue gps. So I Thaught I had the rights to open fire anyways hence why I shot early and I also Thought initiation wasn’t actually needed  so I shot. I have apologised to you for shooting at you yet you still report me.

You attempting to explain how you were allowed to just shoot me isnt a sufficient apology to me. Given your reputation i felt the need to take it further. Anyways im not gonna argue with you ive said what i needed to say.

Alright so taking a look at this Charles exits the helicopter and starts questioning on why Kieran shot someone, during this Kieran starts initiating and before he finishes this he then opens fire, when you pull a weapon the animation takes quite some time to finish and you can see Cool started pulling his weapon when he got out the helicopter leaving him no time to comply.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

When you initiate you need to give someone reasonable time to comply, Perhaps as the helicopter was landing would have been a great time to do it?

I'll be issuing a 24 hour ban for this as it is a case of RDM.
