I trid to steal his heli, but cops see me ansd tell me to stop. Then he moved his heli and i tried to lockpick again. Then the owner saw me and shot me. He told me out of rp that he warned to kill me if
i touched his heli again.

Looks like he told you in roleplay that he was going to shoot you if you touched his aircraft again. 
Now it might not be the best start to hostile roleplay but you did then definitely touch his aircraft again. So I think we can safely assume your death is not random. 

That being said, I would like to see a little more from you @lil charlie in the future please. You clearly had a major advantage in this situation and you could've easily given a more.
