How many units of items can a house hold?

I have lots of different processed materials I want to put them all inside a house instead of the trucks how much does the average house hold? Do more expensive houses hold more?

This is at half price ^^ and although it is currently indefinitely at that, it will change in the future(most likely) and these may then be subject to Change 

 
Also you can upgrade the properties for a fee that gives more storage and stronger doors to prevent break in so fast .

To my knowledge House prices are unaffected by the Half Price Sale.
