Please (in detail) describe the incident

Fresh spawned and I was in the general store, Two mates' were waiting for me in a car. Viggo came in a heli and got out then began shooting at my two mates' then I tried leaving and he gunned me down for no reason. He just initiated out of nowhere. He stole my mate's car and executed him. The ambulance came and attempted to revive me but Viggo came back and started shooting me in the head so that the medic couldn't revive me, I lost 200k and all the stuff I just bought, clothes, tools, food, and money.
