Please (in detail) describe the incident

Guy try to shoot me, I manage to put him on zip ties, I try the drive in Police station, when other player took my car we crashed in the wall, the driver died and Mr Riad disconnected. I did not find him again ingame or TS.

From what I can see in the video he combat logged and from your comment made no attempt to try and contact you to advise you of this.

I will be pushing a ban for combat logging.
