This person combat scrapped their mohawk heli at the scrap dealer. My gang was on route to assist but the mohawk was gone by the time they arrived.

The person also tried to RDM me at the very start of the robbery when I stole the helicopter. However, I haven't included this in the report. However, I can upload it.

I tried to get the person to come to TS but they didn't talk.

to put it simple, there just isn't enough evidence. sure you can hear your mates talk about what supposedly  happened but you cant see it.
