I made my way to the diamond mine and i saw someone follow me then turn off to the diamond processor so i knew they would be waiting for me to come process my diamonds i went to the mine got my diamonds and then went to the airport put most of them in my huron and then went to the processor to process 25 ish diamonds to see if it was clear then come back with my huron later. As i guessed they were waiting for me. My problem here was that he initiated from his SUV and then did a countdown. We then after got into a gun fight after where they ended up killing me but had no idea how to execute me. I tried to get him to come to TS but he thinks he did nothing wrong.
I will make the OOC chat messages into a video cause i have nowhere to upload them. Cheers

He does shoot at the truck. It's the fail / poor vehicle initiation im reporting here.

@Jessi Farrell sorry when? At no point during those 5 minutes of video can I see anyone shooting at your truck. How are we ment to action anything based on you saying that he shot your truck? For all we know, between the end of that video and untill he actually shoots he might have given the best roleplay that we have ever had here on this server. Please supply a uncut, unedited video with his alleged fail / poor "initiation" and him shooting.

Ah i understand. The initiation is in there at the end, I will look in my videos to see if i have any more footage of this situation. Cheers

Here it is i saved from my last shadow play 5mins. to the point i pressed it again to prove i removed my diamonds in case they say i was baiting for a gun fight or something. At the start you hear the shots at the truck.

I see there was indeed  shots at the truck however there is no identification here, We cant see who is actually shooting here. 
So do you have a video where we can identify this person...

Ah i don't. He was the one who killed me tho. but i did have an OOC chat with him after so this may be enough to prove it was him.

This are all loose ends. your ooc conversation is not proof it was him shooting at the truck. 
Therefore this report will be denied due lack of evidence. But we will keep a eye out for any further incidents.
