VC Issues

I have not idea if its just me or anyone else but I have been having problems with VC on this server I can hear the game audio but not the people's. It could just be my settings but I am not sure as I have checked all possibilities so this is my last resort to fix this. + when you are handcuffed you have to press X twice to be able to interact with anything else.

By default the voice chat settings in GTA are off. I'll add a quick guide to the start of new players joining the server to make sure they understand how to set it up properly.
