So me and a gang member seen a hemit so we decided to chase him he then pulled in front of us trying to vdm us and he then proceeded to block us while chsing him and he then stored his vehicle in a garage after a while of tal;king to him he tells me that im mentally retarded.
He was not interested in having a talk and said go ahead basically and report me is what i got from his attitude.

I cant put his name on the title Peter bovinlip
