guy stole my truck from a government protected zone and was told multiple times to take it back, he then lied and said it was his car, he soon crashed my car and died but it took a while to find my car, the guy wasnt helpful or had a care in the world for the rules

Please provide us with the proper evidence for your report otherwise I will be unable to accept this since I believe you posted the wrong link. @Tom_l

First, you post a report with a private video, gets tagged and does not reply to the report/fix issue
Now you post a report with "evidence" in form of FrankieOnPC's video from 2014, get tagged and does not fix? And you've been on the forums and more then likely seen the notification? I do not understand what you are trying to get out of this, so I would kindly ask you to stop wasting our time.
