Blood Transport vehicle changes- Civilian

So after i found out that u can only have one blood vehicle and that is intentional have a suggestion to change that.

My suggestions is to add a return vehicle function witch returns ur current vehicle and lets u pull out a new one or if ur done with ur blood transport duties for the day returns ur vehicle so its not left for others to grab. It should also be a "Report blood car stolen" function wich allowes u to report the vehicle stolen (It also alert the police with the nummber plate) as well as letting u get a new one.
