@Dan953 Hey - Im trying to understand where you can safely say that it was indeed Ronnie Kray who VDM'd your truck? I understand that he too got incapacitated, but so did his friend. How can we establish which one of they two were the driver?

 
Sorry, forgot to mention that was the only name I  noticed when I put this report up but after closer inspection Reggie Kray was also in the vehicle. Due to this I can no longer say for sure who was driving.

In this instance it is unclear who was the driver of the vehicle. As such no ban will be issued however a note will be applied to them regarding this incident for any future incidents.
