  4. Please provide full detail and evidence: i was doing a high grade weed run in a turu as Poseidon when the server crashed during the event the out come was i lost everything.

  6. Lost items and total value of compensation.: 143 High Grade Weed value not sure as it was the first time doing it as poseidon how ever i weas on my way to queens lands with i.

Firstly I would like to issue my apologies if the server crash inconvenienced you in any way. Secondly, your compensation request has been accepted.

Total Amount Of Compensation Due: £503,360

Please be patient as only some members of staff are able to issue the compensation

 
Your compensation request has been approved however your money is currently being transferred to your bank account.

To speed up this process make sure you are not in game currently and make sure to respond to the member of staff if they are awaiting your response.
