Ejected from Jet when throttling down

I've died about 4 times from this happening, I push S to throttle down and it throws me out of the plane. Can this bug please be fixed. 

 
We have flown the planes quite a few times and never had this happen, including in the latest update.

If this is still a problem please open a new updated bug report with as much detail as possible.
