  4. Please provide full detail and evidence: I was planning on selling some drugs and diamonds that I found stashed away in my house, when I tried loading up my hauler with them, midway through the server became overloaded and it started being buggy and delayed. This resulted in me not being able to access the hauler's inventory even after trying for 2 minutes. I stored the hauler and tried to get it out of my home's garage but that didn't even work so I came off and called it a night after trying to join the server and not being able to do so. When I came on this morning, the hauler wasn't in my home's garage but it was at upper legion garage. When I looked in its storage to see if the things were there, they were all gone. You can see the amount of things I had at 2:07.

  6. Lost items and total value of compensation.: 93 bags of meth (£15,345 dirty and £13,043 clean), 37 cocaine (£6,845 dirty and £5,818 clean) and 14 diamonds (£1820)

To speed up this process make sure you are not in game currently and make sure to respond to the member of staff if they are awaiting your response.

It has been nearly 2 months, timed out awaiting action.
