I arrived at PD with a man detained when i heard voices that sounded like they were robbing people. I pressed my panic and called it in. When some firearms officers arrived and went to investigate they found two people that held up PC Veikko Knight in the armoury. The armed officers were after what i understand just shot and they were injured. After dealing with my suspect (put in a separate report). I went down and asisted the officers. There was several comment made out of RP and such by both Isro sh and Dexter Hill. Isro Sh has been identified by voice. After a while Mateo Ryder and other members of the crips arrived and started shooting. Unkown why they came but possible to help out old friends and recently kicked crip members (Isro and Dexter).

I have not been able to get hold of isro or dexter

how was it low rp we intiated rp into the pd thinking we could use the computers in there we take the panic button radio and phon of a officer yet they still managed to send the whole pd down here i have clips from body of cops breaking rp and coming out of character and also not playing along in rp 

the crips arrived because i had a radio and my phone still on me also 

cops also made comments out of rp as it was a heat of the moment scenario cops seem to be sad because they didnt get the W and the end of the day rp is made for everyone to enjoy and we created a situation that involed many people to be apart we had cops not follwing rp rules but also locking doors when dead and refusing to respond id say there was faults on both side that doesnt require bans but a talk in teamspeak about the situation 

Ah-ha, so your cops get stripped out of guns, get takes keys from em, yet they manage to lock us inside, one cops took me through the wall, another ran up as the cop that took me threw me in one of the floors and took my guns, then an admin that was probably pissed for losing the rp situation said that if we will jot leave the pd we will get banned, we proceeded to do so yet the doors were locked and after a few requests the cops just come in and shoot up the place, also you didnt take notice to your cops lives that were held hostage, you cared more of our guns rather than your mates,

When the cop took me from my mate through the wall, ill obviously call it out and say its unfair, and dont you think its kind of hypocritical how you say we roleplayed poorly while the nice admin threaten to ban us while we are roleplaying?

@TikTak we said we will come out of the pd if you lot would walk downstairs to the main gate and let us drive away we clearly had the upper hand as we were holding 2 injured cops hostage, but all you wanted was our guns which was obvious by the way you wanted us to come out unarmed while ur aiming a gun at the door (already low quality rp) our offer was very balanced, we get out, you get the cops, yet you keep ranting about how "you dont know the cops will be safe" even tho we clearly werent coming out with cops on us bcz they refused to let us carry them (low wuality roleplay) , not to mention the cop we took hostage at the start clamed he is unarmed forces, we searched him and took radio plus panic button, yet the second yall pushed he somehow took his gun out and killed me (low quality roleplay) , we asked you to hop on teamspeak, we waited 1 hr at the wait for support channel, you lot never showed up.

Not to mention, the cop we took hostage and then killed me, got killed back by dexter, the cop carried him back and 2 minutes later he came back healthy with a gun, very weird considering there were no nhs's around (low quality roleplay)

I know cops are allowed to come back to a scene with shots after they died, but they cant just magically revive themselves, the cops in the vodeo power gamed us so hard to won the situation which is kind of disappointing, and that is the reason people are afraid to roleplay beyond " hey how ya doin"

Because people is power will not let them win the situation by using their "magic" just like the cop that ADMITTED to pull me from inside the pd to his hands, which caused in me losing my gun because i was left there which was VERY unfair, and also the cop that magically came back, 

We could have reported the cops aswell, we decided not to since you didnt come to TS with us, we also were afraid to get banned because of the guy screaming at us we will get banned for roleplaying.

We were at the police station in the first place because weve heard it has something to do with pacific standard, i guess you cant progress anymore :/.

i understand that me saying "its unfair and its recorded" is out of rp, but it is a chain reaction of the cops in that scenario that were not roleplaying properly. Simple as that, good night.

What ive seen in minute 23 in your video is a clear attemp to kill the kidnappers by taking the chance of your fellow cops losing their lives, a cop wouldent act like that in an irl situation, farmore, we told the other cops we killed before u came is that they are being held hostage, yet they respawned and came back, what would have happend if i used my revive? You'd call me out for it, so stop being a hypocrite please, with all due respect, i dont think your report is justefied, the real issue is whithin the quality of you and your mates roleplay.

Minute 27:30 the negotiating cop is taking the piss asking question like " how are you going ro slit their throats when youve got your friend on you?" "Hmm" "yeah yeah" etc, while his cops are bleeding out inside, we have asked to LEAVE multiple times, but the cops wouldent let us.. with all honestly i think some of the cops got salty since we did have to kill around 8 of them.

Minute 35:43 " you better leave the police station or im gonna start banning people" goes out to show how hard it is to roleplay with people in power.

Not to mention he wants us to leave yet he keeps all the doorls locked.

Just saving the admin some time that deals with this as I haven't read this yet, if you guys have evidence that supports your claims then instead of saying you have evidence and waiting for the admin to ask you for it, just upload it and post it on here, saves us time when dealing with reports. 

I think you guys should watch the video again. 

1. I called for assistance. 

2. There was 2 medics literally outside of PD.

3. You can clearly see that you being dragged out is a bug as i am watching the door and no one gets inn there to get you. 

Anyway i am sure that the admins can see the situation form a neutral standpoint and take any action they feel is appropriate.

Hello, I was the officer who was taken hostage so let's clear some parts.

First of all, I logged in sever when you took me hostage, so in RP I did not have firearms since when you start your Armend Response patrol you go in the armoury and take out your policy issued SMG (exmple with 3 mags) and you took out your sidearm (with mags) when you send you sift you will go in the armoury and tell how many bullets you used and stuff. So science I logged in on RP I did not have a firearm. Yes, I said I'm not AFO since it is true on the day you took me, hostage, I resigned my duty as Armed response officer and transferred traffic, but Los Santos Police firearms command did not revoke my firearms qualification so I had access and justification to take a critical shot on your friend. The weapon did not just magically appear on my hand you did not watch me while you were busy shooting so I try took cover in the armoury and block the door with something and I took my service pistol out. Because you force me on gunfire shoot me on body armour I demand my and my colleague's life is in immediate danger so when I had changed I took a critical shot on your friend. In RP my firearm qualification was SFO (specialist firearms officer) so in that situation, I would be highly trained deal with armed threats. (I do not have a video for this, science I went to the server look at what assets I get as traffic officer), for the panic button, I was not the officer who pressed the panic.

Regarding my, I try to take the elevator on floor 6 and I gave time to react and I compliant with your orders so.

Right then it's been a week since this report was made, people said they had video's I asked everyone to just post there video's instead of the lovely claim "I've got video" So I will deal with this with what I have.

Firstly Tiktak since the evidence you provided is from your POV it misses out the important bits due to you dealing with the other guy who jumped off the roof, therefore we have missed what happened downstairs before you went and assisted. So I can only go off from what I see.

Now @Dont Look At Me things happen behind people's control you being dragged through a wall was a clear mistake, yet you let it effect your attitude throughout the situation, stuff happens which sometimes isn't intended and what you do not do is ruin the RP by complaining over OOC about it. If something happens during a situation which you are not happy about, you wait until it's over and then ask to speak to the people.

(G2.8) OOC Help - OOC chat is for help only, extended OOC interactions are forbidden.

(G2.3) Roleplay Everything - You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character.

The above quote also goes for the people who were shot and down injured, please make sure that you are roleplaying that you are indeed injured.

Now onto the negations, I felt this was rather poor from both sides whilst watching the video, both sides had men injured yet nobody was willing to compromise and it seemed both parties wanted to win the situation from my point of view of watching the video. Now for me if I was told that there were 3 people down injured and that the criminal was going to start "slitting the throats" of the downed people I would allow the man to leave as he requested so you can potentially save the lives of the downed people. I felt both parties here could have negotiated much better here. I feel the below rule comes into play here in a sense as me personally would value my mates / colleagues lives in this situation

(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

 Now as i have already stated due to how the video is I miss how the gunfight started the only thing I can comment on that would be that in realistic terms a police station would be heavily manned, please have that in your consideration next time as I wouldn't say it's the best place to have a gunfight.

Nobody will be reviving a ban however the people who broke RP consider this your warning, don't do it again as I won't be as lenient next time
