Please (in detail) describe the incident
An unknown man decided to steal a roadcruiser form PD. we were in presuit of the car and after we passed legion square this mans friends showed up and started to ram our and another police vehicle. After a while he crashed the road cruiser and jumped into the Porche with his friends. We laied presuit after that and it crashed at Olympic freeway. there they got surrounded by police Isro's two friends decided to jump off the bridge (Two guys are unknown). Isro was downed and later revived by the NHS. When Isro was revived the restrains bugged. I passed a note and said he was restrained and explaind that it was bugged. Then he decided to run off and try to jump of the bridge like his friend. luckly Shane had a great restrained and managed to restrain him before he jumped.
