So a police unit started a pursuit after a vehicle registred to a wanted man. during the pursuit the vehicle started smoking and then keept going. I didnt really get more clear evidence then this but you can clearly see Franklin reparing his car from the driver seat. To me this is clearly exploiting something he didnt agree to. We had a chat on discord were he really didnt seem to think he had done anything wrong. He looked at this to be a feature since it was possible to do. After a while back and fort with this being a feature blaming the dev team to leave it possible to do and it is fine since other people is going it and every one else is breaking rules i had enough so hear i am.
