Since the framework update you can't preview the cars currently in a dealerships stock.
Beeker's for example, if you spin around you can see them spawning in ontop of the fuel station roof as if there was a preview, but your camera / POV doesnt change to show you the selected car (so unless you know where to look from a distance it looks like nothing is happening)
