Please (in detail) describe the incident: During an attempted robbery Ahcmed told me he had nothing on him, when prior conversation he said he had a gun. Following this Me and a colleague had Ahcmed out his car, with his hands up outside the furniture store. During the robbery Ahcmed said I'm not telling you when I asked him where his gone was, I threatened with death and he told me its in his other car. I then asked what this other car was to which he said no I'm not telling you and said he didn't care if I shot him or not. So I shot him, then out of nowhere a car runs me and my colleague over. Then Ahcmed said 'My friends here' but there was no way he could of known where the location was as we drove out to this place for the robbery for a race.

I believe Ahcmed didnt want to give up his vintage pistol, but I know he had one on him hence why he was targeted for a robbery.

Didn't try to resolve cause theres no discussing what happened, no excuse for how his friend knew where we were or to not value his life.

Ahcmed Akbar Banned for G3.3 & G2.4 - 1 Day

I think it goes without saying that there was definitely comms used here silently too tell his friend where you were.

Also @T-OhmPlease also bare in mind rule G3.3 as you should be hot micing your discord communications. Lucky this time saying things like "keep your gun on his head" didn't really change the course of roleplay so nothing will be actioned. As a general rule of thumb, if your in talking distance with someone in game just talk in both, avoids this issue. 

(G3.3) Hot Mic - You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over any external methods or phone conversation when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via any external methods or phone conversation and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you, you are restrained or your hands are up), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in combat together.
