Please provide full detail and evidence: Placed an 80k bet in casino and didn't receive my money back for a push as I had 20 and so did the dealer
2+8 was drawn leaving me with what should have been a 10 but instead bottom right of my screen it stated 20
not knowing what to do we assumed from past fivem bugs that it would be a visual and not the numbers on screen so stood with that 20
if we thought 10 was our current hand we woulda hit 100% as would anyone else

I understand this must be rather irritating, however there is a possibility that the dealer hit blackjack. I am unable to see if she did in this video as the frame rate and quality is rather poor. Unless you can show me a clear video of the full blackjack game in which the bug occurred, I am unable to process this request.

I know this isn't my compensation request but I was involved with the bet. I screenshotted the frame where it states the dealer pushed us and we still lost the bet. Also if you look on the table there is an ACE and a 9. Meaning the dealer also had 20.

I'm going to stand firm and ask once more for a clear video, otherwise the request will be denied

Bit confused as to what you are requesting seeing as there is no way the dealer could have hit blackjack unless she hit whilst on 20 hoping for an ACE draw but that would never happen as the blackjack rules are that the dealer MUST stand on 17 and above.

My argument here is the GAME baited me out thinking I had a strong hand of 20 it even stated top left corner that I LOST with 20 and that the dealer also had 20.

Now if a dealer has an ACE or a TEN she checks the other card to see if it is a BLACKJACK draw like shown here: https://gyazo.com/8cfc77e0da045bf064e7bedf2ede3ee0 this is a separate GIF showing you how she checks for a TEN if this were to be a 10 it would add up to 21 hence BLACKJACK resulting in everyone at the table automatically losing without a say or being able to hit/stand.

The reason I asked for a second video was because I wasn't comfortable accepting the first due to it's quality. I'm happy to compensate you as there was an obvious error with the counter. However, it was clear there was an element of human error as you yourself saw you only had a 2 and an 8. The game did not bait you in any way.
