When using the OOC chat, the box in which you type became stuck on my screen and I couldn't remove it even with the reset chat in the F1 menu as you can see in the video.
Only way to fix this is by relogging.

After looking back at my footage it seems to have broke when I was eating bread and I opened the chat at the same time.

 I know a few people have been having issues where the different UIs overlay and one is no longer interactive so you can’t close it

@Archiewas looking at this and did the F1 Reset UI for the Caps wheel but not sure if managed to find a solution to the chat box

 
Hi everyone, we understand this issue is really annoying to deal with. We've troughout the recent updates attempted to fix issues where several menus close / open at the same time, but our fix hasn't fixed some edge cases. How about some sort of /uireset command that force closes ALL menus open and also resets cursor focus?

 
Excellent news! This has now been fixed by the development team and will be released in a future server update.
