4pm restart warning

Please create a warning that alerts players that there is a restart happening:

1 Hour prior

30 Minutes prior

15 Minutes prior

5 Minutes prior

i mean the purple text that it happens at 1600 happens throughout the day

Thank you for the suggestion it should be on the server but at the moment is disabled due to moving server and it crash all the time. 

So for now i will put your suggestion in rejected as this is something there is already on the server just disabled at the moment.
