Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and @Hammie were UC on an NCA patrol and we come across a large collection of body bags and went to have a look. After a couple of seconds later I was shot in the head. Clearly, Rainer had taken his time to line up his shot and one tapped me to the head. After the situation, I had some back and forth messages from Rainer where he showed a poor attitude towards myself and then I requested that he went to liaison with myself this was moderated by @KeirTand @FelixDuring the liaison, Rainer showed no admission to the RDM and he was in the wrong and basically blamed it on myself and stated it was because I was wearing a beret which I was not.

@Alex_Smith My Report is against Rainer not yourself is he wishing to speak through yourself because he doesnt have access to the forms that alright however this would be between myself and Rainer, not yourself.

We were undercover at the specific time dressed as full civilian not involved with the local police what so ever.

I'm perplexed about how you scarcely know that we were the police?

I was wearing a black tracksuit, BROWN carrier rig and a beanie available to every rebel, are you saying that you can shoot EVERY person wearing black as YOU believe them to be police?

In the official liaison, you Stated "You shot because he was wearing a Beret and that you ONLY identified his head" - tragically your absurd stories changed a little I perceive presently you inevitably see everything I am wearing, due to the fact of how long it took you to shoot me. You also see we have no firearms out so we aren't a threat to you, you could have simply told us to walk off instead you took time to aim for the head to precisely one tap me, surely in that time you could see somethings are wrong.

In the liaison, you weren't apologetic at all and not once undertake in plucking up with an apology, Just repeated over and over that you are undoubtedly allowed to intentionally shoot anyone for merely wearing a beret.

Well as he said you didn't value your life. again I'm sorry this had to come this far my actions weren't the best, i should have taken a good look on what and who I'm shooting. but again the moment was heated and it was a gun fight that i didn't want to risk my life in taking a long look so i made a quick judgment call, as you looked like a cop, i shot you once to the head also you have different perspective i wasn't aiming at you for a long time i saw you at 4:24, Again i am sorry for the trouble and will correct what was wrong next time.

We were unaware of any situation that was ongoing @Hammiehad said that because of all the body bags on the floor, we didn't expected to be shot, so how are meant to value our life when there was no threat to us.

The reason it came this far was because of the to put it a nice way shit attitude from yourself.

I had no firearm and presented no threat.

Right, while it is a gunfight and two people did show up in the middle of this fight they should not have been shot based on the fact they looked like cops due to black clothing. it has become far easier for rebels to find and wear black gear and even police clothing as it is regularly available at the nearby auction house. Furthermore while it may have been the use of the ANPR system that had possibly been the factor which had given the cops away, they still would have had to initiate for use of undercover assets. Everyone is expected to maintain a level of awareness in any situation whether you are a cop, rebel, Poseidon. Even medics of the nhs are required to have a degree of awareness as when they show up at scenes they must comply with A10.2. -

While it was obvious and clear that there was danger by getting out and claiming loot it was a gunfight and not a redzone. In the interest of fairness toward the defendant he will be given a warning for A1.2 This is largely due to the decent history of rainer.
